History of Kyodo Computer (Tokyo)

May, 1968	Fukui Kyodo Denshi Keisan (Cooperative Electronic Calculating) Center Co., Ltd. was founded in Fukui City, Japan.
May, 1973	The company changed its name to Kyodo Computer Co., Ltd. (KYCOM Holdings Co., Ltd., presently)
April, 1975	(KYCOM Holdings) Opened a business office in Nagoya City, Japan.
November, 1975	(KYCOM Holdings) Opened a business office in Tokyo, Japan.
February, 1982	(KYCOM Holdings) Opened a business office in Osaka City, Japan.
February, 2003	(KYCOM Holdings) Established KYD Inc. in Tokyo, Japan.
October, 2004	(KYCOM Holdings) Changed its business form to a pure holding company, then newly and separately established a company, KYODO COMPUTER CO., LTD. as a successor of all the business from KYCOM Holdings Co., Ltd.
June, 2007	Obtained Privacy Mark Certification.
June, 2010	Acquired and Merged with KYD Inc.
February, 2014	The company changed its name to KYCOM CO.,Ltd.
February, 2014	Changed its business form to a pure holding company,then newly and separately established a company,KYODO COMPUTER CO.,LTD. as a successor of all the business from KYCOM CO.,Ltd.
September, 2016	ISMS certification registration(system development / sales department)
November, 2016	Permission for worker dispatching business
September, 2018	QMS certification registration(system development / sales department)
June, 2020	Acquired and Merged with KYCOM Digital Co.,Ltd.
January, 2024	Kyushu office opened in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City
